Applications for funding
We are able to manage the whole application process or simply provide cost advice, budgets, cost plans and reports. Valuations and reports to funding bodies and financial InstitutionsIn many cases an organisation providing funding for a project, be they financial institutions or lottery type funders, will insist on the appointment of a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of the project. We are experienced in dealing with banks and other funders and can easily adapt to their particular requirements.
Tender evaluationOnce tenders are received for a project it is vital to choose the tender that represents best value. GNA carry out detailed examinations of tenders to identify errors, omissions, qualifications or substitutions. In the case of design and build tenders we will coordinate other specialists to comment on the design solution and integrate their findings with our commentary on tender costs.
