Feasibility studies are designed to take the guess work out of development by providing clear accurate advice on which to make decisions. Detailed Cost PlansCosts plans are a detailed and accurate
financial maps of a proposed development. Cost plans are usually
broken down by building element eg foundations, roof, heating
installation, drainage and so on. The accuracy of the plan will
depend on the quality and detail of the design information on
